kevin smith(silent bob)  was in st.  cloud yesterday it was awesome.  well kevin was awesome.  st.  cloud really needs to learn somethings.  like when you have a speaker like him you need to put him in a auditorium.  not a gym.  kevin goes on for hours(we left after the 4th hour) and sitting in bleachers sucks.

 

  kevins answer to his first question was 45 minutes.  it was hilarious.  he talked alot about the making of clerks 2,  jason mewes and mallrats because it was made here. 

 

people need to get some manners.  walking in to the show there is a sign that says no photography and no autographs.  then all of a sudden people are asking him for pictures with him  and to shake his hand and shit.  hello people this is a fat man who doesnt like having his picture taken.    yes he is in movies but he can make the cameras show what he wants  hes the freaking writer and producer.  we are not there to see you take pictures with kevin smith.  its not that much to ask that you abide by his 2 requests. 

 

anyway the dude is awesome.  if you havent seen the dvd evening with kevin smith you have to see it.  i think it might be his best work.

my uncle pete died 2 nights ago.he had  what they said was a massive heart failure.  he had influensa as well.  pete was a teacher at buffalo, mn at the high school for 20-30 some years.  he coach girls basketball for most of that time.  he also coach golf at the high school.  pete was a guy you could totally look up to.  he just had that presents.  when my dad tried to drink him self to death(which is really hard to do btw)  pete was the one i called.  he treated me like his equal and was a great guy.  did i mention he was my godfather.  his funeral is on thursday.

al micheals is a icon in sports broadcasting.  he called the miracle on ice.  he has been on monday night football for 20 years. he maybe the best play by play guy in the biz. 

 

micheals was traded for oswald the rabbit. 

 

oswald the rabbit was the first charactor created by walt disney.  disney lots the rights to the rabbit in 1928.  for reasons im not going to get into.

 

my question is how long does disney hold a grudge?  i mean come on.  i bet when disney came up to warner brothers and was like can we have oswald the bunny back.  you can have al micheals????  and warner brothers was like who???  (warner brothers hasnt used the rabbit in anything since 1962)  and they were like yeah you can have him.  give me a minute we have to pull him out of the trash.

 

oswald looks like micky mouse with longer ears.  micky is a total rip off of oswald.  if disney had kept the rights to ozzy then maybe all this micky gear everyone has could be ozzy gear. 

 

can cartoons be jelious?  i mean if it was me i would be totally pissed.  ozzy the rabbit could have been an american icon.  instead the dude hasnt seen the light of day since 1962.  looking closer at ozzy he looks like the animaniacs.  whats up with that?  you can slap a tshirt or pants on old ozzy and call him a animaniac. we have to come up with wacko, yakko, and dot?  why not wacko yakko and oz.  thinking back to when i watched the series there was a episode witha old cartoon that looked like ozzy.  after searching the internet i dont know if they used his name for the charactor.  i have to see the episode to see if warner brothers took any shots at disney that would be awesome.

 

o ozzys full name is oswald the lucky rabbit.  i dont think there is anything lucky about this rabbit. 

 

 

my grampa passed away on sunday.  i dont really know what to say.  i only saw him about 3 times.  i did manage to total his car.  thats a long story.  he never did find out about that.  at least i dont think so....   he lived in seattle.  so i never really saw him.  the last time i did it was at a family reunion for the other side of the family.  he sent me a check for 25-50 bucks for christmas.  thats about the only way i knew him.  i finnally stopped cashing them in.  and he stopped sending them.  he seemed like a good guy but i really wouldnt know.  i never really knew either of my grampas.  on the other side he had died when i was like 5.  i dont know i guess i felt like i should post this news.

last night was the last adam carrolla will be the host of loveline...  adam has been the host of the show since it started  in 95.  i remember listening to him when i was driving around late at night back in high school.  all the way to last night.  there isnt a show that was better than it.  there wasnt a show on tv or radio that i listened to more.  adam is going on to replace howard stern in the morning.  that show isnt broadcasted in my area and i dont get his new show on cable either.  both of which im sure will be amazing.  its the end of an era.  i will miss you adam from 11 till 1am everynight while in playing video games.  maybe now i can get some sleep.

i was in vegas all week that was fun.  the mud wrestling,  the drunkeness,  the strippers,  o o o and all the training for work i did too**right training**... i have learned that fake breast are HUGE in vegas...  me and my buddy were tring to figure out why there were so many.  im not going to get in to that conversation.  to all the girls who want them they are over rated.  natural is way better 99% of the time.   i have pictures..  the one with the mud wrestling jenny mcarthy is the referee.
